Edit Shared Calendar
Clicking on a Calendar in the "Shared Calendar" table will open the "Edit Shared Calendars" block field.
Calendar Name
The "Calendar Name" field is read only and displays the name of the "Shared Calendar".
Status
The "Status" field lets the user change the calendar from "Active" to "Inactive". If the "Shared
Calendar" is in a state of "Inactive", the calendar will be removed from all calendar pages. This is
useful if a calendar is not being used or if the calendar provides information that is not applicable to
the user. The status may be changed from "Inactive" to "Active" again but the "Shared Calendar"
table defaults to display only "Active" Calendars by default.
Notes
The "Notes" field allows users to attach descriptive notes to the Shared Calendar.
Color
Users can change the color associated with a calendar by clicking on a color.
Save & Close, Cancel
Clicking the "Save & Close" button saves any changes made to the "Shared Calendar".
Clicking the "Cancel" button will close the "Edit Shared Calendar" block field and return the user to
the "Manage Calendars" form.
